Your tasks and responsibilities:
Performs training courses in the CS Education process and is responsible for the training and education for our customers and servicepersonnel both online and onsite.
The educational programs include training courses for Technical/Application Service.
The goal is to enable our customers and service personnel to fulfill a competent economical service to ensure a high uptime and excellent performance of our installed base.
2. Maintain training demo systems in good condition: Maintain, repair, update and commission the related medical equipment and keep them in ready condition for training, based on EHS and system-specific requirements. Maintain and calibrate tools and supplies. Feedback error messages and provide proven solutions to correct errors to Engineering Departments 3. Certifications: Execute process for training certificates and always keep own qualifications up-to-date. Complete mandatory trainer courses, including process training, on time
4. Content development: Support global curriculum and customer content development, and adhere to the global process
5. Other job related assignments given by supervisor
Your qualifications and experience:
Experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service / engineering / laboratory / clinical environment
• Experience in service of medical products or experience with medical systems in the clinical environment
• English proficiency level C1
Education
• Technical trainer:
College diploma or above majored in medical engineering / electrical engineering / electronic engineering or IT
• Application trainer:
College diploma or above majored in Biomedical / Biochemistry / Biology / Molecular / Life science or
Pharmaceutical / Medical major
