CSA Site Manager
CSA Site Manager- Nordics Region  

To €90,000 DOE + Rotation + Car Allowance + Benefits 

Our client is an established Tier 1 contractor with extensive operations in Ireland, UK, and Europe. Due to a full order book across all regions, our client is now looking for a proactive and highly skilled CSA Site Manager. As CSA Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the civil, structural, and architectural day-to-day operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within the budget, and to the required quality standards.  

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:        

Manage day-to-day CSA site activities giving attention to implementation of site safety and project quality.  

Develop detailed work plans, schedules & milestones to ensure project objectives are met. 

Monitoring of progress, adjusting as necessary to keep the project in line. 

Oversee and manage a team of installers, subcontractors, and site supervisors, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure that all team members are clear on their roles. 

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the discussion of project progress, addressing issues, and plan upcoming tasks. 

Emphasise health & safety policies in site & procedures, conduct regular safety inspection, risk assessment, and provide training as needed.  

Verify all installation work meets or exceeds quality standards and project specifications.  

Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and completed work to ensure quality control, BCAR co-ordination and address any quality issues promptly and effectively.  

Reporting to the Project Manager you will work closely with project teams to communicate status, changes & issues to relevant parties.  

Maintain updated project documentations, progress reports and safety records ready for review or submission to senior management.  

Degree/qualifications in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or related field.  

5+ years of experience as CSA Site Manager within construction with focus on Data Centre projects.  

Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural construction methods, materials, and processes.  

Ability to travel in Ireland, UK, and Nordics region when required. 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities capable of interpreting complex data and making informed decisions.  

Effective communication skills with ability to convey complex project information clearly and effectively.
