**Job Description:** Parsons is looking for a highly skilled **(Civil, Structure Architect) CSA Supervision Engineer** to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expertise in civil, structural, and architectural systems and will be responsible for the design, coordination, and management of CSA elements in a variety of engineering projects. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Assist in the design and development of civil, structural, and architectural components for engineering projects. + Ensure the integration of CSA systems with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs. + Coordinate CSA engineering activities with other disciplines, ensuring the integration and functionality of all systems. + Work closely with project managers and designers to meet project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. + Provide technical support in the selection of materials, construction methods, and CSA design solutions. + Ensure that CSA designs comply with relevant codes and standards. + Assist in the review of CSA construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. + Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any CSA-related issues. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor’s degree in civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering. + At least 8 years of experience in CSA design or engineering, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects. + Familiarity with engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). + Knowledge of CSA codes and standards. + Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Experience in all aspects of civil supervision of mega buildings projects in the Gulf region is preferred. + Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Not Applicable/None Parsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
