Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a CSAC Support Lead - Senior Business Analyst to lead a critical support services program for a federal organization responsible for safeguarding critical infrastructure, enhancing national security, and coordinating efforts to protect against evolving threats. The program will provide high level support to their Council Management subdivision, Office of the Chief of Staff, and International Affairs subdivision with focus on program and project performance analysis, planning, technical subject matter expertise, and development of information products, as well as administrative services, including SharePoint and Office 365 support.

ResponsibilitiesProvides expertise to research, develop, and draft key study documents and technical materials, ensuring alignment with committee goals.
Synthesizes committee activities into clear, concise documents, including reports, briefings, and outreach materials, leveraging senior-level technical writing skills.
Supports the maintenance and organization of the CSAC document repository, including membership lists, file shares, and records, in accordance with established policies.
Oversees the CSAC mailbox, ensuring timely response to incoming messages, appropriate archiving, and escalation of priority issues.
Conducts background research and analysis to support committee activities, including editing and consolidating technical materials, reports, and regulatory documents.
Identifies and recommends strategic process improvements to enhance the management and efficiency of the CSAC's operations and membership processes.
Plans and coordinates quarterly CSAC meetings, including venue research, agenda development, and logistical support, ensuring alignment with committee objectives.
Assists in developing outreach materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring content accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
Performs quality control on CSAC documents, including editing for grammar, format, and content, to ensure high-quality output.
Provides support for the collection, formatting, and review of documents for classified committee activities, adhering to security protocols.
QualificationsClearance Required: TS/SCI
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree in a business-related field.
10+ years of experience with a contract of similar scope and value.Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and frameworks, with the ability to apply this knowledge to support research and committee activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in drafting clear, concise, and technically accurate documents for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while coordinating logistics and ensuring successful event execution.
Proficiency in managing and organizing documents and records in compliance with relevant policies, including the maintenance of electronic and physical file systems.
Strong ability to conduct thorough research, analyze complex technical materials, and provide actionable insights or recommendations to support decision-making.
