CSCM Specialist for UIR(Upgrade & Installation & Relocation)

Job Mission      

Specialist leads event material planning and replenishment upon logistical logic and process and coordinates to make successful delivery of all logistic requirements for all upgrade and installation events in the region.

Description       

- Availability management by replenishing the required event materials upon event schedule in defined sourcing rule and process

- Demand management by fulfilling the event demand timely, cost-effectively and in right quality

- Stakeholder management by interfacing with CS/customers/biz partners on operational issues

- Collaborate with other CSCM teams for demand & supply & stock control

- Collaborate Custom teams and 3PL forwarding partners on export & import-related matters 

- Inventory management by validating the demand and returning to origin on time

- Prepare reports, operational & logistics KPI 

- Lead continuous improvement within operation and create structural solutions

- Drive process standardization and efficiencies via LEAN

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or Logistics/SCM

Experience

- At least 2 years of working experience in SCM planning and administrative operation

- Professional experience in materials availability, demand & supply, logistics, shipment & W/H operation is preferred

Skills

- Self-motivated, self-supervised, pro-active, flexible, problem-solving, attention to detail

- Good command of Korean and English, both verbal and writing

- Able to work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment

- Ability to work in a team and as individual  

- Strong sense of responsibility

- Time management

- Adequate MS office(word, excel, PPT) skill required

- SAP operation-experience preferred


* Hire type : Fixed-term contract with 1year (산휴대체 계약직) 

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
