CSE/Call Center Training Content Instructional Designer
**Job Description:** + We are seeking a talented and dynamic CSE/Call Center Training Content Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing high-quality, engaging, and effective training content specifically tailored for call center agents and customer service employees. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the performance, productivity, and overall customer experience by designing training programs that meet business objectives and improve the skills of call center teams. **Responsibilities:** + Design and develop comprehensive training materials for call center agents, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT) materials, job aids, and assessments. + Create and maintain a variety of instructional content (videos, tutorials, quizzes) focused on call center systems, customer service skills, compliance, and product knowledge. + Ensure content is aligned with the company’s standards, goals, and learning objectives, and is engaging, interactive, and learner centric. + Develop engaging training content (e.g., presentations, e-learning modules, job aids) based on requirements and stakeholder input. + Continuously evaluate and update training materials to maintain relevance and effectiveness. + Participate in pilot testing and gather feedback from new operators to refine the training program. + Maintain organized documentation of all project-related activities and deliverables. **Experience:** + Minimum of 5+ years of experience in instructional design and content development, in a corporate or technical environment, preferably with experience in a call center environment. Experience with training development in a regulated industry (transportation, utilities, banking, medical/pharmaceuticals) is also beneficial. + Instructional Design Expertise: Proven ability to apply adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), and various learning modalities to create engaging and effective training materials. + Content Development: Demonstrated experience in developing various training materials (e.g., presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, videos) tailored to specific audiences and learning objectives. + Technical Proficiency: familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), preferably Cornerstone. Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus. + Content Analysis and Editing: Strong analytical skills to assess existing content, identify gaps and redundancies, and revise materials for clarity, accuracy, and conciseness. + Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, SMEs, and the training program manager.
