As the CSI Brokerage Operations Manager-Cashiering, you will manage all cashiering related activities and annuity processing activities relating to the Brokerage function within the Operations Department. You will manage a team of cashiering CSI Research Specialists and CSI (Annuity) Processing Specialists.
Primary responsibilities include:
Manage the risks and processes associated with money movement related activities for investment products in a bank environment. Perform quality control audits on all paperwork and transactions and ensure service standards are met and policies and procedures are followed.Manage, direct, and coordinate the daily activities of the team of CSI Research Specialists using independent judgement and discretion.Manage the daily execution processes associated with Annuity contract establishment and funding.Create, implement, and maintain formal coaching and development program.Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years or more of bank and/or financial services 1+ year of team lead or management experience, ideally within banking or financial servicesDemonstrated history of strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with multiple priorities in a collaborative mannerDemonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Proven past ability to successfully analyze, problem solve, and make decisions independently and as a leaderFINRA Series 9 or Series 10 and/or Series 24Preferred Qualifications:
Prior work experience within broker-dealer environmentPossess ability and willingness to adapt to an ever-changing work environment Demonstrated successful past job history stabilityHours & Work Schedule:
