Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst ShiftResponsible for the system receipt, preparation, and documentation of material being received and shipped to various locations
Receiving ordersAnswering High Volume Phone calls and EmailsShippingCreating Pick Tickets for order selectorsQuality InspectionsInventory ControlCSR Qualifications:
• Minimum High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service for Order Fulfillment.
• Essential understanding of Quality Programs and Continual Improvement
• Pass a basic background check. Highly Desired Experience:
• Knowledge of Operating Accounting and Inventory Software
• Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Quality Programs and Continual Improvement
• Bilingual (Spanish) Verbal and Written
