Armed with the latest technology, we can diagnose (using x-rays, ultrasound, or blood work)and treat all conditions within one facility. Also at our disposal, is a state-of-the-art dental department, complete with an intraoral digital x-ray system and the latest diagnostic tools. Our veterinarians and certified dental technician will perform all the necessary dental procedures (from simple extractions to root canal therapies)to make your cat, dog, rabbit or ferret have a healthy mouth.

Our pharmacy is fully stocked to aid in your pet's treatment. We also offer a full line of natural supplements. In addition, we can turn your pet's medications in a specially flavored liquid. This makes medicating your pet less stressful for them and much easier for you. We also carry a full line of Hills foods including all their therapeutic Science Diets, as well as other prescription diets. We also offer high quality foods for birds and ferrets. Consult with our knowledgeable veterinarians to find out what diet is best for your pet.

Exotic pets are welcome at LFAH!
Our vets are trained in current avian and exotic procedures. Your winged friend, reptile or pocket pet will enjoy a comfortable stay in our specially equipped exotic ward.

At Little Falls Animal Hospital, our emphasis is on disease prevention! We consider the annual/biannual exams the most important thing you can do to keep your pet healthy.At this time we will check all body systems, make dental and dietary recommendations and discuss any diagnostic tests that may be necessary. We strongly advise that all pets be vaccinated with distemper and Rabies according to the recommendations of AAHA and the AVMA. No animals will be admitted into the hospital without current vaccinations.Other vaccinations and yearly preventative health measures are recommended and will be discussed with you by a member of our healthcare team.

Whatever your pet's health problem, we at LFAH are dedicated to making your companion healthy, in a caring environment, with the least amount of stress possible.

Client Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team.

We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets.

Why We Need You
As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities.   The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:
• Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
