Adecco is currently seeking a Client Support Specialist, in Rochester, NY. To be considered for the Client Support Specialist, candidates must have a minimum of 1-year previous direct experience in customer service. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the order process, and ensuring their satisfaction from quote to delivery. You will work closely with both internal teams and customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
**Responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist:**
+ Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, offering support via phone and managing inbound requests.
+ Provide tier 1 quotations and technical documentation, escalating to tier 2 support when needed.
+ Guide clients through the entire process—from the initial quote to successful order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless experience.
+ Assist with the entry of orders and ensure a smooth transition from order creation to final delivery.
+ Utilize Salesforce to track and manage customer orders, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and issue resolution.
+ Address customer concerns proactively to ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that arise, offering solutions based on established guidelines.
**Requirements of the Client Support Specialist:**
+ At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette.
+ A passion for customer success and a commitment to ongoing process improvement.
+ Strong attention to detail and an ability to quickly grasp new systems and procedures.
+ Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Experience with Salesforce and Oracle systems.
+ Familiarity with electric power transmission and distribution (preferred but not required).
+ Bilingual skills are a plus.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
