CSR Call Center Location: East Syracuse, NY (13057) Job ID: #70362 Pay Range: $15-19 Job Description Supports pre-delivery and after-sale support to customers which may include product ordering, availability and delivery. • Provide support to our Distributor Network • Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution Network • Ensure that product model/serial numbers are loaded into our system • Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email and telephone How the Product Registration Team helps our customers: • Provide website navigation instruction for registering products online • Register equipment for homeowners when customer has no internet access • Provide customer warranty information • Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors • Refer customer to correct person/team when not a registration issue • Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law.
