CSR - Finance Details:

Temporary position$17.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 07:00pm)Must have open availability between the hours of 6:00AM - 7:00PM. (Will be scheduled 8 hours between those times) Must be available 8:00AM - 5:00PM during training

Job Duties: 

Taking primarily inbound calls Responsible for providing financial estimates for students going through the enrollment processWalk the students through a screen sharing financial estimate. Accurately record all responses through a list of scripted questions to qualify potential students for loans, grants and scholarships.

CSR - Finance Qualifications:

Must have previous customer service experience Must have strong computer skills.Must be able to multi-task between phone and data entry.Ability to be high energy thought the call.Must be able to submit an updated resume and interview on-site with the client.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
