Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Answer customer's questions about products, prices & availabilityProcess customer invoices, bills of lading, purchase orders Follow up with customers & vendors about order confirmation, ship dates & pricingProcess Invoices through customer portalsProcess vendor payablesResearch & resolve billing issues Prepare reports for managementCoordinate with freight carriers to schedule shipmentsServe as a back up for the Warehouse AssociatesCSR- Inventory Specialist Qualifications:
Must be able to lift 75 poundsCertified Forklift driverMicrosoft Word, Excel, OutlookMulti-tasking, organized, fast paced & team playerProblem Solving Organizational skillsExcellent verbal & communication skillsAssociates or Bachelor's degree (preferred)High School Diploma or GED requiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
