What you will do

As a Services Content and Enablement Professional, you will work with sales to develop and execute a comprehensive content development strategy aligned with Oracle's Customer Success Service goals. You will create high-quality content, including success stories, guides, training materials, and videos, to facilitate CSS adoption and ongoing customer success.

Design and develop enablement programs and resources to support Customer Success and cross-lob teams in guiding customers through service adoption. Collaborate with Customer Success teams to gather insights and feedback for compelling content creation. Optimize content for clarity, relevance, and alignment with Oracle's brand guidelines. Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and customer challenges in SaaS services

Desired Experience

Strong Experience in content development or enablement, preferably in the SaaS and emerging technology sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.  Strategic thinking, initiative-taking, and the ability to identify gaps and advise senior management. High energy, positive mindset, results-oriented, and a desire to make a significant impact.
