CSSC Back Office Engineer - Water Utility Job Description **_Are you a solution-based technical expert that keeps customer satisfaction in mind? Do you have experience with wastewater and in general with water utility applications?_** **What is the job about?** As a **Back Office Engineer** you will apply broad expert knowledge to provide accurate, timely, and advanced technical quotations, information, advice, and assistance regarding the organization’s products and services before, during, and after a transaction to maintain and improve the organization’s customer relationships. Support sales team in terms of project registration and CRM quotation approve workflow maintenance. **Moreover, you will** : + Prepare technical and commercial offers for the products offered, mainly for the water utility segment, for: end customer, contractors, distributors and sales engineers. + Cooperate with design offices in the field of selection and technical solutions. + Participate in facility and technical meetings at construction sites and in design offices. + Be responsible for conducting technical training, representing the company at fairs. + Be responsible for the configuration of new products using available tools, mainly SAP Logon. + Be responsible for the cooperation with factories using available tools, mainly SAP CRM. + Communicate with customers and clients (via email, phone, or online discussion boards) to answer their quotations enquiries, understand their technical question, assess their needs, and suggest or promote alternative products or services. + Register all activities with customers in the global CRM tool. + Will ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility. **Your background** : We imagine that you have: + Diploma or degree in engineering and technical field; + Excellent communicational skills in both oral and written English and Polish; + Solid knowledge of MS Office & SAP & CRM; + You are self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives; + 5-10 years of relevant work experience; + Experience within Customer Service Unit; + Ability to lead processes or projects; + A great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Customer Service Unit. **What’s in it for you?** Whether it’s developing leadership skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to help discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
