CST Position Description: Help Desk and Trainer

Our client, a leader in educational support services, is seeking a Help Desk III to join their team. As a Help Desk III, you will be part of the Customer Services department supporting Wisconsin's schools and districts. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, experience in customer service, and a knack for data analysis which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Help Desk III
**Location:** Madison, WI (Remote)
**Pay Range:** $24 - $26/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide direct customer support for schools and districts by responding to CRM cases, emails, and phone requests.
+ Document, track, and monitor support requests to ensure timely resolution.
+ Conduct training sessions and create instructional materials for data applications.
+ Assist in identifying improvements in state reporting processes through business analysis.
+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer understanding of data applications.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong interpersonal communication skills (2+ years).
+ Experience in customer service/customer support (1+ year).
+ Proficiency in data quality, reporting, or analysis (1+ year).
+ Excellent written communication skills, including formal business correspondence (2+ years).
+ Knowledge of student information system (SIS) software and DPI applications is a plus.
