The ideal candidate will posses a strong understanding of IT and business operations, with a proven ability to drive strategic objectives, manage risk and optimize processes. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time. **CT&O Strategy** + Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the CT&O strategy. + Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with overall business goals. + Monitor and report on strategic objectives, identifying areas for improvement. **CT&O Portfolio Management** + Oversee the portfolio of CT&O projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. + Monitor project performance, milestones, and resource allocation. + Implement governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability. **CT&O Demand Management** + Develop and manage demand management processes to prioritize IT initiatives. + Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and align them with CT&O capabilities. **Program and Technical Project Management (CT&O)** + Manage the portfolio of IT programs under Corporate Technology & Operations (CT&O) to deliver against strategic objectives. + Oversee large-scale technical projects and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities. + Implement effective governance and reporting frameworks to track progress, risks, and performance metrics. **Policy & Standards** + Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and best practices. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational guidelines. + Regularly review and update policies to reflect evolving business and industry needs. **Process & Controls** + Design, implement, and manage IT processes and controls for operational efficiency. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives across CT&O functions. **Risk & Audit Management** + Identify, assess, and manage IT-related risks in alignment with organizational risk frameworks. + Coordinate responses to internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and readiness. **Talent & Workforce Management** + Partner with HR to manage workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning. + Foster a high-performing team culture through engagement and development initiatives. **Financial Management** + Develop and manage CT&O budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost optimization. + Analyze financial performance and recommend adjustments as needed. **Vendor & Contract Management** + Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives. + Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and performance evaluations. + Ensure compliance with Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and other contractual obligations. **Telecom Financials** + Manage telecom financial operations, including budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting. + Optimize telecom expenses through effective vendor management and cost controls. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Advanced degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. 2. Fifteen years progressive related experience in managing enterprise technology organizations combined with overall twelve years progressive related experience in enterprise technology. 3. Demonstrated experience in technology operations management, financial management, risk management, people management, issue resolution, influencing team members and other stakeholders, conducting difficult negotiations and managing to stringent timelines for project deliverables. 4. Demonstrated superior understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies. 5. Demonstrated leadership in the implementation of complex programs and projects. 6.
