- Efficient interpretation of clinical information from clinical team meeting radiology needs of patients
- Thorough and accurate imaging technique for patient positioning respective to the order
- Hyper-sensitivity in monitoring radiation exposure time and activity
- Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures
Qualifications:
Successful completion of an accredited two year Radiologic Technology program.Maintains current Iowa Permit to PracticeMaintains active registry status in ARRTBasic Life Support (BLS) certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire. Acceptable credentialing body is American Heart Association Basic Life Support.Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population serve within three (3) months of hire.Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
