Job Title: CT Technologist Job Description As a CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing patient care by greeting patients, explaining examination processes, and answering any questions they may have under provider supervision. You will ensure high-quality imaging, select and operate equipment, and manage supplies to maintain necessary materials. Responsibilities + Greet patients in the waiting room and explain the examination process. + Answer patient questions under provider supervision. + Request and order necessary supplies to keep materials on hand. + Evaluate completed tests for quality, completeness, and type of test ordered. + Ensure quality images are produced. + Select and operate equipment as directed. Essential Skills + CT experience or completion of a certified CT program. + ARRT or NMTCB license with required paperwork to perform diagnostic CTs on file with the state. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Training in computer-assisted tomography. + Associate’s degree preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $72.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
