Title and compensation will be determined upon education and experience level.

Sign-On Bonus:

$15,000 with 2-year commitment $30,000 with 3-year commitment

In addition to performing imaging procedures at an advanced level, this role provides technical expertise to multiple business units. It functions as a resource to staff for orientation, continuing education, and protocol development.

Responsibilities:

Perform job responsibilities of CT Tech I & Advanced CT II Tech. Create and implement new training programs, and assist with the startup of new offsite locations, including working on reporting systems, obtaining appropriate images, and effectively communicating with attending physicians, co-workers, and patients. Lead training on new techniques and protocols for research studies, collaborating with radiologists and researchers to identify new techniques and problem-solving resolutions. Responsible for the tech quality assurance program and the review and updating of protocols, alongside or in place of the lead technologists. Assume a leadership role in training staff on new equipment. Attend advanced training sessions and seminars to maintain industry standards in imaging techniques, disseminating information to imaging departmental leadership and as part of new hire orientation. Assist with accreditation responsibilities. Serve as a technical resource to technologists on a daily operational basis, assisting with continuing education needs and participating as a peer delegate in staff annual performance reviews.
