CTO Principle Technical Program Manager

As a Principal Technical Program Manager, at JPMorgan Chase within Corporate CTO Business Operations/Portfolio Management & Governance Team, you will be a strategic advisor, execution lead, and collaborative partner that can work across all aspects of people, process, and technology to enhance talent management, efficiency, and execution. In this role your experience with Technology delivery management, strategic thinking, business operations, and organizational management with a special focus on executive-level advising across organizations and regions will be crucial. **Job responsibilities** + Develops and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration. + Oversees complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks. + Fosters strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes. + Guides the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms and software tools leveraging advanced technical fluency. + Champions continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies. **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise. + Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions. + Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives. + Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments. + Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives. + Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to coach others in the best ways to present and explain information concisely tailored to the target audience. **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Strategic, organizational thinker with a track record of strengthening program governance and controls within a large organization. + Assertive (yet diplomatic) approach with the ability to lead, influence and motivate others. + Serves as a culture carrier, connecting the organization to the firm's guiding principles JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
