Full-time C-TPAT Specialists enjoy the following:Starting wage of $19.25 an hour (negotiable based on experience)Monday through Friday work weekIn-Office hours of 8-5 every dayAs a growing company, this position offers room for growth and a hand in companywide creations. CTPAT Specialists track and review Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) vendor Self-Assessment surveys. If deficiencies are found upon review of the surveys corrective actions are assigned to those business partners. Implementation of those corrective actions are then tracked to completion by the CTPAT specialist. Furthermore, Specialists collaborate with multiple departments and vendors to maintain supply chain mapping and monitor security compliance. Knowledge of the CTPAT program will be applied to create annual Risk Assessments and assure that processes meet or exceed the expectations of Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. and the CTPAT program.
