CTS Sales Intern - Summer 2025

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join our CTS Accounts team for a 3-month internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and strategic account support. The intern will assist in the execution of key tasks that support our strategic accounts and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Account Reviews:Assist in preparing for weekly and biweekly meetings with strategic accounts by gathering data on account performance (revenue trends, customer feedback, etc.).Help organize and review key account metrics, supporting the team in identifying trends and growth opportunities.Customer Communication:Participate in customer pipeline meetings, taking notes, and helping track action items.Assist in coordinating Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including preparing reports and summaries.Contract Support:Help the team in managing contract renewals and amendments by maintaining contract documents and preparing drafts for review.Market Research & Pipeline Development:Conduct market research to support the sales team in identifying new opportunities for growth with strategic accounts.Assist in the development of proposals or sales presentations for new business opportunities.Customer Education:Support the team in preparing educational materials and presentations that inform clients about new products and offerings.Help with organizing customer feedback to improve the customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Interest in learning about sales and account management.

Additional Skills:

Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Analytical mindset with an interest in using data to inform decisions.

Gain hands-on experience in sales, account management, and customer relationships.Develop communication and collaboration skills in a professional environment.Learn how to interpret business data and assist in strategic decision-making.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$17.33 - $28.88
