Wage determinations will be based on similar experience We are looking for a Pub Host. This role is responsible for daily operations of the Pub in our assisted living community in Roseville, MN. Responsibilities Job Description MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE Sets up Pub, serves in this area and cleans up after closing Follows procedures for liquor service Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies Assists with food prep and special events Provides kitchen support when needed with dish washing and cleaning of floors Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately Qualifications MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service setting Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive demeanor required Desire to work with seniors Ability to interact compassionately and communicate effectively with residents and staff Benefit Overview
