AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Culinary Cook at Toledo Mud Hens

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets Work with kitchen crew to execute all event menu items Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes Manage food inventory when necessary Maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all food items Adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures

Culinary experience or education preferred Strong work ethic Excellent communication and food presentations skills Customer service focused nature Ability to read and understand menu items Previous knowledge of commercial grills, ovens, fryers
