Responsibilities Responsible for preparation and presentation of all food demonstrations, special functions and lectures that take place in the demo kitchen or are part of the Canyon Ranch Food & Beverage message. Responsible for maintaining the highest degree of sanitation that adheres to Canyon Ranch, Department of Health and Serv-Safe standards. Responsible for the revenue generated in the Demonstration Kitchen. Reports to the Executive Chef. Teaches and gives food preparation demonstrations to guests and colleagues. Qualifications Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field). An Associate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience preferred. Some culinary training preferred. Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. ServSafe Manager Certification Required.
