What will you do? Supervise team members to ensure food preparation, production, and storage meet quality and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including walk-ins, freezers, and equipment maintenance Enforce food safety and sanitation policies, ensuring compliance with health regulations Monitor food inventory, rotation, labeling, and storage to minimize waste and control costs Collaborate with team members and managers to deliver an exceptional guest experience More about you No college degree required Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience Basic math skills with an ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions Ability to effectively communicate with others and lead in a fast-paced environment Attentive and detailed oriented Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift Shift details
