Culinary Supervisor Lead

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our culinary team. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and staff supervision.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience working as a Kitchen Supervisor or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Head Chef in creating and implementing menu items.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ensure kitchen sanitation and food safety standards are met.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new dishes and maintain quality standards.
