Culture Ambassador Team 

  Action Behavior Centers, a leading behavioral health organization for children with autism based out of Austin, Texas, is looking for a professional, energetic, organized, and driven person to join our team in a Teammate focused role to help support and collaborate with teammates and leaders in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy world.

We need an organized, initiative-driven, collaborative and experienced Culture Ambassador to help us create and sustain workplace culture through events and special projects for ABC Teammates up, down and across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities Leads the planning and execution of company-wide cultural initiatives and events, including but not limited to Summit, Action Week, Night of Honor, and regional celebrations, ensuring alignment with ABC’s mission and core values. Plays a hands-on and integral role in the execution of events; manages the physical set up and tear down of spaces, organizes inventory and logistics Serves as a Human Resources leader; partners with ABC stakeholders on event planning and collaborates with the Teammate Experience team (HR) in the planning and execution of key ABC special projects and events.  Manages administrative duties related to ABC events to ensure smooth execution and a seamless attendee experience; plans and organizes registration processes, operates FAQ portal, manages travel contracts and booking, responds to and solves travel concerns and event inquiries. Negotiates contracts with vendors and partners to secure services, venues, and resources for ABC’s cultural initiatives and events, ensuring alignment with budgetary and operational goals. Partners with the Procurement team to oversee the delivery, ordering, storage, and design of swag and collateral, ensuring high-quality items align with ABC’s brand and culture. Drives the creation and implementation of culture-focused programs, promoting ABC traditions, values, and employee engagement through intentional, high-impact initiatives. Engages in process improvements; proactively identifies opportunities for cultural enhancement Establishes and maintains rapport with vendors prior to, during and post events. Maintains accurate records and contracts for events and initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Acts as a point of contact for all event-related inquiries and escalations, ensuring clear and timely resolution of challenges during planning and execution phases. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Requirement to travel to ABC Markets frequently for event management and attendance.  Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred (Masters preferred) and Experience: 2+ years in event planning, project management, hospitality management  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required / Preferred  Problem-solve with minimal information and confidently ask critical questions to deliver high-quality results. Maintain composure and professionalism under high-stress conditions. Balance leadership and project management responsibilities to ensure successful event execution.  Proven ability to work independently and proactively take on initiatives. Demonstrate flexibility and resilience by adapting quickly to changes, proactively assessing the situation, and effectively pivoting plans as needed to ensure objectives are met. Deep belief in ABC’s cultural mission and a commitment to upholding traditions and core values. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working across diverse teams. Ability to support process improvement on all People Services related initiatives
