Culture and Employee Engagement Manager

We have an opportunity for a Culture and Employee Engagement Manager to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will manage the design, development, sourcing, delivery, and administration for enterprise-level programming in support of organizational culture, engagement, and belonging. This person will report directly to the Sr. Director of Talent Management, Learning and Development, Culture, and DEI. They will partner closely with team members, business leaders, external vendors, and HR Business Partners on key priorities to help advance Pentair’s commitment to fostering a high-performing culture.

You will:

Drive and project manage the culture and engagement portfolio, including Company Culture Program, Global Engagement survey, Company listening strategy, etc.Drive programs and activities based on key priorities while collaborating with internal teams such as Talent Acquisition, Legal, Social Responsibility, Corporate Communications, HR business partners, talent, and organizational development.Work effectively with leaders, vendors, and cross functional teams to drive development and implementation of programs connected to organizational cultural goals (i.e., current employee culture program, engagement survey, recognition programs, etc.)Supports the development and delivery of the full Employee Listening Strategy including Onboarding survey, annual engagement survey, pulse surveys, and exit surveys.Research engagement best practices and complete benchmarking.Support Pentair’s various Business Resource Groups to create a culture of belonging and inclusion.Lead analytics and reporting of key engagement metrics.Manage program offerings for global culture shaping program.Lead evaluation and development of next generation Culture offering; incorporating culture principles, values and inclusion principles into framework and external content.Manage vendor relationship, internal and external facilitators.Manage existing offerings and sunset obsolete programs.Determine strategy and approach for global populations of professional and wage/hourly/ production.Occasionally co-facilitate culture offerings.Work with US and Non-US partners to understand implications of culture materials and best way to implement engagement solutions across the globe.Partner with HR teams and internal partners to create and manage schedules, identify facilitators, and provides tools, processes, communication, and resources to enable successful execution and administration of culture shaping program.Assist with management of global facilitator pool.Other job-related duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications: 

BA/BS in Human Resources, Human Resource Development, Instructional Design, Diversity and Inclusion or a related field 5+ years in a Human Resource role preferably with an emphasis on Employee Experience, Learning and Development, Organization Development, Culture transformation role or equivalent experience.Passion and commitment to designing programs to help increase employee engagement and belonging.Ability to navigate a complex organization while maintaining cultural awareness and flexibility.Demonstrate and cast a shadow in line with Pentair core Values and Leadership CompetenciesStrong initiative, high integrity, naturally curious, and self-directedShows urgency puts forth extra effort to drive initiatives forward.Positive attitude; always willing to learn.Collaborative work style with ability to solicit input, influence, and support decision-making.Ability to build relationships quickly and work as part of a team.Strong project management skills and ability to translate strategy into clear priorities and action plans.Ability to effectively manage time, multiple tasks, urgent /important priorities, and workload.Strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility for work outcomesWillingness to learn methodologies and tools in the follow areas: Instructional design, eLearning development, Engagement platform configuration.Strong communication skills, both orally and in writingHigh client credibility and customer focusStrong analytical/technical skillsWillingness to develop facilitation and formal presentation skills.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $82300 - $152800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
