Our Engagement Culture Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of initiatives to increase employee engagement and motivation throughout the entire employee lifecycle. The aim is to make the corporate culture tangible through initiatives at different points of the employee lifecycle and to ensure long-term loyalty.
Responsibilites:
Support and conceptual development of our New Employee Orientation at the Aachen location and virtually for EMEA, in order to integrate new employees directly into our culture and gain an insight into our processes of a medical technology company Designing and implementing initiatives to strengthen corporate values and culture that promote emotional loyalty to the companyEvaluation of the initiatives implemented to increase employee loyalty and motivation along the entire employee lifecycle Development, active support and evaluation of an internal engagement community for employee retention through networking and exchangeMonitoring and evaluation of business sponsorshipConceptual and content-related further development to promote employee engagement in coordination with other departments Support in communication and for events for employee resource groups in collaboration with the relevant leaders, including Human ResourcesAt Johnson Johnson, we believe health is everything.
