Description We are actively searching for a Culture Engagement Specialist to join our team. The role is primarily focused on designing and implementing unique programs that mirror our mission and values, leading to increased employee engagement. This role is based in Agoura Hills, California, 91301, United States and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Advocate for the company culture by ensuring the experiences of employees align with the company values. • Develop and implement unique programs that reflect the values and mission of our company, promoting employee involvement and engagement. • Spearhead initiatives to incorporate our culture into daily operations, ranging from recognition programs to onboarding. • Organize, plan, and execute captivating events such as wellness programs, team-building activities, cultural awareness initiatives, celebrations, and volunteer opportunities. • Work in collaboration with employees to collect feedback and ideas for events to ensure they align with the team's interests. • Engage with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to guarantee that events are inclusive, memorable, and successful. • Utilize skills such as Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Content Management System (CMS), CRM, Facebook Insights, Advertisements, Analytics, Auditing, Brand Awareness, and Campaign Planning, to optimize the performance of your role.
