Job Description:
Experienced Cúram developer / business analyst with proven professional experience in triaging and resolving complex Cúram application issues / defects. Experienced individual with thorough understanding of Cúram software.
This position is housed under the Office of the Chief Technology Officer in direct support of the DC Access System (DCAS).
The Office of the Chief Technology Officer is looking for an experienced Cúram developer / business analyst who will be responsible for triaging and resolving complex Cúram application defects and issues. The individual will collaborate with the team to diagnose, resolve, delegate and assign issues to the appropriate work stream within the Cúram application (application intake, rules, batch processes, etc.). This individual will also be responsible for addressing production issues / defects and designing, developing, and implementing a solution.
The individual will become an integral part of the DCAS Team, making every problem associated with the application a problem of their own and will demonstrate the required initiative and critical thinking abilities necessary to resolve all problems and challenges accordingly.
The Core duties associated with the role are as follows:
• Triage logged issues / defects to determine the appropriate path for resolution.
• Design and develop solutions to defects / issues.
• Review trends to determine root causes of issues.
• Support review and testing of proposed solutions to identified issues.
• Work with the team to remediate defects / issues in a timely manner.
• Other related duties as assigned.
This individual will be working closely with OCTO and its partner agencies to ensure the agencies’ priorities are met. This is a position in the DC Access System (DCAS) project.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
