Salary Range: $23.46 - $24.73

Position Summary

Provides administrative and secretarial support for the Office of Curriculum and Educational Development.

Job Responsibilities Assists with course implementation, including collecting/uploading course materials; maintaining/revising course faculty databases; organizing faculty/student mailings/files and assists with general office activities to ensure smooth course implementation. Arranges & oversees the distribution of course-related correspondence; prepares schedules/student group composition materials; coordinates course-specific activities; assists in the recruitment of faculty for courses. Assists with the student assessment process: creates student assessment forms; implements the distribution, collection, and processing of forms as needed. Assists with course evaluation process: creates course evaluation materials; implements the distribution and collection of course evaluation materials; generates reports for review. Provides Educational Committee support: assists in arranging meetings, records, compiles, transcribes and distributes meeting minutes. Provides faculty support: arranges ad hoc meetings; coordinates course session rooms; provides AV support when needed; confirms faculty participation in teaching/examinations; reports faculty absences; retrieves & duplicates course materials. Performs other job related duties as required. Education High School Diploma Experience

Prior related experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
