The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is expanding! We are seeking a Curriculum Program Manager to manage and train on the implementation of curriculum and developmentally-appropriate practices at our brand new school opening in Lenoir. Pay range: $20-$22/hour, based on experience, education and credentials.

Curriculum Program Manager Responsibilities:

Train teachers on curriculum, developmentally-appropriate practices, and quality-rating practices. Ensure classroom lesson plans are completed and implemented. Assist with the hiring and on-boarding of new teachers. Work collaboratively with Center Director to provide feedback, assess needs, and recommend solutions. Ensure adequate classroom materials. Develop and track teacher professional development plans. Complete classroom observations and growth plans, as needed. Coordinate and facilitate semi-annual parent/teacher conferences. Plan, coordinate, and assist in the execution of summer camp. Ensure all regulatory and company policies are observed in classrooms.
