Customer Experience Professional
As a Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA) in Bucharest, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have exceptional interactions with our products, services, and brand. Your role will involve developing and implementing customer-centric strategies, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey within the Building Automation business unit.
You will report directly to our Senior Customer Experience Supervisor and you'll work out of our Bucharest location on a Hybrid work schedule (3+2).
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and loyalty, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and business growth within the Building Automation business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
· You will be responsible for managing the contract renewal process for our clients, ensuring a smooth and timely renewal experience
· Prepare the relevant documents and send them to internal and external customers according to the defined process
· Collaborate with Operational, Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure all contract renewals are accurately processed and recorded
· Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction
· Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer experience within the Building Automation business unit
· Develop and implement customer experience strategies and initiatives within the Building Automation business unit
Key requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer experience or related field (mandatory), experience in collections (nice to have)
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
· Fluent English (mandatory), second European language (nice to have)
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
· Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions,
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
