Custodial Manager
**Job Title: Custodial Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a Custodial Manager to oversee 17-20 unionized custodial employees on a college campus. This role requires a strong leader who can manage and supervise the team to ensure efficient and correct completion of cleaning tasks. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with a rotation every third weekend for coverage, and two days off during the week on those weeks. The Custodial Manager will be responsible for deploying the team to various areas on campus for maximum impact, addressing any issues among employees or management, and prioritizing projects such as common area cleaning, dorm room cleanouts, and floor maintenance.
