Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Custodial Manager to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages employee activities within the facilities occupation including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant & Equipment maintenanceDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsAcquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesParticipates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliersManages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Adjudicated Counterintelligence or Full Scope Polygraph3+ years’ experience in a leadership role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience using "green" productsExperience using floor machines i.e. strippers, waxing and buffers

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $115,600 - $136,400
