**Job Title: Custodial Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Custodial Worker to perform basic janitorial duties including cleaning and sweeping the facility. The role also involves moving metal bins containing spare parts using a forklift if needed, patching walls, and basic painting tasks. Additionally, the Custodial Worker will be responsible for grounds cleanup, including shoveling and salting sidewalks, but not landscaping or parking lot maintenance. We are paying $20 an hour with no room either way to move. Great candidates will receive a raise within 6 months of hire. The average shift is 6 am - 2:30 pm mon - fri. **Responsibilities** + Clean and sweep the facility. + Move metal bins containing spare parts using a forklift if needed. + Patch walls and perform basic painting tasks. + Perform grounds cleanup, including shoveling and salting sidewalks. **Essential Skills** + Experience in cleaning, sweeping, and general labor. + Basic skills in painting, patching walls, and light carpentry. + Comfortable working in a production facility environment. + Reliable transportation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift certification is a big bonus. + Experience with grounds cleanup is a plus. + Customer service skills. **Why Work Here?** After 90 days, contractors will have the opportunity to join the union. The team manages the temperature as best as they can. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
