Position Summary/Responsibilities: Wash, clean, dust, sanitize, mop, vacuum, and perform minor repairs within the school building; Perform maintenance on quarry, terrazzo and wood flooring; Strip and finish resilient tile floors; Extract and shampoo carpets; perform spot removal; Lawn care and sidewalk snow removal; Other duties as required.
