Skills:
* 1-2 years custodial or janitorial experience
* Ability to lift up to 30-50lbs occasionally
* Ability to lift up to 30lbs regularly
* Ability to read and write English, communicate effectively
* Have your own reliable transportation, not feasible with bus schedule.
