POSITION SUMMARY: General cleaning and upkeep of common spaces, restrooms, service support areas, offices, parking garage, exterior, exhibit halls, meeting rooms, and other areas within the facility. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Cleaning public areas including restrooms, elevators, escalators, glass railings and other general cleaning tasks as needed - General cleaning of employee areas and service support areas - Vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in office areas - Parking garage maintenance, including trash removal and cleaning of trash cans - Exterior property maintenance, including trash removal, sweeping, snow removal, power washing, and leaf blowing as needed - Floor maintenance including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing and other floor tasks as needed - Completing custodial checklists as necessary - Ensuring proper use and care of cleaning equipment and machines - Working with and directing work efforts of part time/temporary personnel - Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and REQUIREMENTS: - THIS POSITION REQUIRES WORKING WEEKEND DAYS AS SCHEDULED.
