POSITION PURPOSE:
As a custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our facility. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitizing various areas, such as restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas. Additionally, you will be expected to perform minor maintenance tasks and ensure that supplies are stocked and readily available. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas of the facility. Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in designated areas.Clean and dust surfaces, including desks, tables, and countertops. Wipe down windows, glass doors, and other transparent surfaces. Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs.Complete laundry for persons served as needed.Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.Monitor inventory levels and submit requests for additional supplies as needed. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with staff and visitors.Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Work Schedule: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position. Tuesday through Saturday 8a-4p Hours may vary according to program need. Additional hours may be needed to meet program needs.
