This position is responsible for maintaining the facility with a clean, neat, organized, safe and sanitary appearance. Responsibilities: + Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies. + Clean and sanitize breakrooms + Clean, dust, and wipe furniture. + General cleaning of floors using a broom, mop, and/or vacuum cleaner. + Gather and remove all trash. + Monitor and upkeep of exterior areas including trash removal in parking lot and grassy areas. + Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. + Process recyclables. + Deep cleaning of floors by stripping old wax/sealer and applying new floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors. Required skills: + Communication Skills: -Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondences and communicate with management. + Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. + Attention to detail This is a part-time position with hours of 6 a.m. - 10 a.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
