Primary Duties + Sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe, sanitize, and dust restrooms, lunch rooms, offices and production areas + Remove trash from office and production areas + Perform general building and facility repairs + Assist in the grounds upkeep to include snow removal and lawn care + Use industrial cleaning equipment to clean floors + Stock restrooms and cafeteria with supplies + Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment and replenish as needed + Wash accessible interior and exterior doors and windows + Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines + Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties that may be outside of assigned priorities Qualifications + Have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license + Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices + Attention to detail and conscientiousness + Ability to work independently or as a team member + Ability to maintain a professional courteous manner with all vendors, contractors, and fellow employees Education / Experience + Proven experience as a custodian or similar role + Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and supplies + Knowledge of the safe and proper environmental disposal of chemicals used
