Responsibilities

Essential 

Vacuums carpeted floors and floor mats by using an industrial vacuumSweeps, mops and dusts all areas of the building.Ensures that all trash is removed from the building and deposits it into the receptacle. Cleans all restrooms by sweeping & mopping floors, disinfecting the restrooms, (i.e., wiping & washing urinals, toilets, sinks, stalls, walls, floors, mirrors, etc.) with disinfectant. Cleans lunchroom by sweeping floors, disinfecting the lunchroom: by wiping & washing tables, chairs, counters, floors, walls, windows, etc.Cleans windows inside of the facility.Cleans offices including desks, chairs, carpet and chair mats.Cleans lobby area including the mezzanine and observatory windows.Ensures that the building is “Tour Ready” condition at all times.
