Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 pm - 1:30 am, and Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The Custodian I position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities for our students, community, and stakeholders. This position may work on a team or individually to perform custodial tasks across campus to maintain a high standard of facility and grounds cleanliness, attractiveness, health, and safety in a professional manner.
Additionally, this position may also support and perform the duties to support setup teams. This position may require the ability to work a flexible schedule and provide support for alternate shifts or for special events setups.
Other tasks may be assigned based on contemporary institutional need.

Provide support for campus service areas through daily cleaning and monitoring of facilities.Assist the custodial setup team in accomplishing event setup objectives by performing necessary setup tasks.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimum:
Highschool Diploma, GED, or equivalent of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities have been acquired.Preferred:
One year of custodial experience.Operating knowledge of custodial cleaning equipmentIf you are selected for the position, your appointment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check. LCCC reserves the right to end this employment agreement should the results of your background investigation not be successful.
