**Job Title: Custodial Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Custodial Worker to perform basic janitorial tasks such as cleaning and sweeping the facility. The role also includes moving metal bins containing spare parts using a forklift, patching walls, basic painting, and grounds cleanup including shoveling and salting sidewalks. Landscaping and parking lot maintenance are not part of the responsibilities. **Responsibilities** + Perform cleaning and sweeping tasks within the facility. + Move metal bins containing spare parts using a forklift (forklift experience is ideal but not mandatory). + Patch walls and perform basic painting. + Conduct grounds cleanup including shoveling and salting sidewalks. **Essential Skills** + Experience in cleaning, sweeping, and general labor. + Ability to patch walls and perform light carpentry. + Comfortable working in a production facility environment. + Reliable transportation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift certification is a significant bonus. + Experience with grounds cleanup is an advantage. + Customer service skills. **Why Work Here?** After 90 days, contractors will have the opportunity to join the union.
