Position Description:

Supervise and assist custodians. Ensure the established standards of cleanliness are followed. Clean and maintain public areas; i.e. hallways, lobbies, stairways, locker rooms etc.

Job Functions

Supervise and assist custodians with daily operations.Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris.Responsible for property clean up including bio-chemical/bio-hazard material.Conduct inspectionsEnsure preventative care of equipment and supplies.Other duties as assigned by management.32 hour work week with Friday, Saturday & Sunday off.
