Custodial/Light Maintenance Personnel

Premiere association Management Company is looking for a dependable person to perform custodial and light maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather. This is a part-time position: three days a week.

\n

Daily job duties and responsibilities:

\n\nCleaning pools, pool decks/area, pool furniture\nMaintaining clay tennis court\nMaintaining pickle ball court\nMaintaining gym and clubhouse\nMaintaining grounds\nCustodial duties (i.e., cleaning bathrooms, mopping, pressure washing, etc.)\nLight maintenance (pressure washing, painting)\nOther duties as assigned by manager\n\n Requirements

Requirements:

\n\nMust be dependable\nMust be a self-starter\nMust be an independent worker\nWeekends required\nMust passbackground check and drug screen\n\n

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.
